Set Up

  • Set up is completed with a single location or a group of stores.

  • Include questions from your suppliers or partners.

Data Collection

  • Invitations distributed in the store or via email invite your customers to take the survey through a private URL or 1-800 number designated for your exclusive use.
  • Survey can be customized with individual store/location name and unique information.
  • Customers complete the survey, and receive an incentive or coupon that returns them to the store.
  • All data is warehoused securely, and your confidential and proprietary reports are made available to you securely.
